CPART
Conflict Prevention and Response Training (CPART) - Approved curriculum of de-escalation techniques and increasingly intrusive/restrictive intervention procedures used by trained staff to re-establish and/or maintain safety in the presence of threatening or dangerous behavior.
CSI
Cooperatively Served Individual (CSI) - A person with both developmental disabilities and mental illness who is served by both mental health and developmental services agencies and whose services are coordinated to address treatment needs.

Home and Community Based Waiver
ID
Intellectual Disabilities (ID) - A disability characterized by significant limitations both in intellectual functioning and in adaptive behavior, which covers many everyday social and practical skills. This disability originates before the age of 18.
ISP
Individual Support Plan (ISP) - A working tool that identifies the persons interests, personal goals, health and welfare needs, and agreed upon support/services that may be provided through a variety of programs to include State Plan, Waiver, natural/informal supports, community resources and contracted services.
JDT
Jobs and Day Training Services (JDT) - A program that provides prevocational and vocational skills training, supported employment, and/or day habilitation services.
POS
Purchase of Services (POS) assistance - Purchase of defined services or goods to support continuity of living in the community.
SLA
Supported Living Arrangement (SLA) - Services provided to people living in their own homes or with roommates by staff of contracted provider agencies or individuals to develop and maintain skills needed to live independently in the community.
SSA
Social Security Administration (SSA) - Federal agency that provides benefit amounts to eligible individuals including Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), and Retired Survivors Disability Insurance (RSDI).
