Nursing services provide routine medical and health care services that are integral to meeting the recipient's daily needs, such as routine medication administration, tending to the needs of the recipients who are ill or require medical attention on an ongoing basis. Nursing services are long term, occur at least monthly, and are necessary to maintain or improve the individual's general health and welfare in the community.
Nursing services may include:
- Medication administration
- Assessments (including nursing assessment)
- Development of treatment plan or support plan
