Reasonable cost based on type.
No fees for SSA or Benefit Program Requests:
Requests for Social Security of benefit claims are free if you include proof of the claim.
For high-volume requests (over 50 pages), contact us to discuss fees.
Processing Time
Standard Requests:
Usually completed within 30 days.
SSA/Benefit Program Requests:
Completed within 30 days as required.
