Office of Community Living Providers

Office of Community Living (OCL) administered by the Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) include Community Service Options Program for the Elderly (COPE) and Personal Assistance Services (PAS).

    Agencies that are enrolled as providers for these programs are important partners in the effort to help older persons and persons with disabilities maintain as much independence as possible.

      On this page, ADSD will post resources designed to support OCL service providers. The first available resource is the Service Provider Billing Manual, which may be accessed by clicking the link under “Additional Materials” on the right-hand side of this page.

        Providers who have questions not answered by the manual should reach out to their assigned billing contact.
